Operated by Z Network LLC

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These Terms are the agreement between you and Z Network LLC, a New Mexico (USA) limited liability company that runs MoroccanZ (“MoroccanZ”, “we” or “us”). Please read them. By creating an account or using MoroccanZ, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use MoroccanZ.

The short version

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Payments are generally non-refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.

MoroccanZ AI uses AI models from other companies. Their answers can be wrong, and those companies have their own policies.

You own what you post. Be respectful, follow the rules in Section 9, and do not post anything illegal or harmful.

Our liability is limited, as far as the law allows (Section 16). Disputes are handled as described in Section 18.

1. What These Terms Cover

These Terms apply to everything MoroccanZ offers (together, the “Services”): our website (www.moroccanz.org), your MoroccanZ account, the MoroccanZ Community (app.moroccanz.org, hosted on Circle), MoroccanZ AI (ai.moroccanz.org), the creator and partner dashboards (dash.moroccanz.org), and the payments, gifts, giveaways and sign-up lists on our website. MoroccanZ Play and MoroccanZ Future are not available yet; these Terms will apply to them when they launch, together with any extra terms we publish for them.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information, and is part of these Terms. Some features show extra terms when you use them (for example at checkout). If those extra terms conflict with these Terms, the extra terms apply to that feature.

2. Who Can Use MoroccanZ

Age. You must be at least 13. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use MoroccanZ only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms for you and is responsible for your use. Ages 13 to 15 can use the free Explorer plan only, ages 16 and 17 can also choose Builder, and Leader is for ages 18 and over.

Other conditions. You must give true information, follow the law where you live, and not have been banned from MoroccanZ before. You must not use MoroccanZ if you are on a US sanctions list or in a country under a US embargo.

3. Your Account

You can sign up with an email and password or with Google. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us at once at contact@moroccanz.org. One account is for one person.

4. Plans, Payments and Renewal

4.1. Plans. MoroccanZ has a free plan (Explorer) and two paid plans (Builder and Leader). What each plan includes and its current price in Moroccan dirhams (DH) are shown on our website and at checkout. One account gives access to all MoroccanZ products that your plan includes.

4.2. Payment. Paid plans are billed through our account provider, Memberstack, and paid with Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method for your plan. We never see or store your full card number.

4.3. Automatic renewal. A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the current price, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel.

4.4. Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account page (www.moroccanz.org/account) or by writing to contact@moroccanz.org. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and then move to the free plan.

4.5. Refunds. Payments for plans, monthly or yearly, are non-refundable, and we do not refund part of a period. This does not affect any right to cancel and get a refund that the consumer law of your country gives you. If we close your account or stop a paid Service without a fault on your side, we will refund the unused part of any period you paid for.

4.6. Changing plans. You can hold one paid plan at a time. If you switch plans, the change is made to your existing subscription and the price is adjusted for the rest of the period.

4.7. Price changes. We may change prices. We will tell you before a new price applies to your plan. It applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then if you do not agree.

4.8. Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may move you to the free plan until it is paid.

5. MoroccanZ AI

5.1. What it is. MoroccanZ AI is an AI workspace for chat, projects, a notebook, connected apps, research, voice and Creative (pictures, audio and video). It works with AI models made and run by other companies. You choose a model, or let Auto choose one for you. You can look around without an account; you need one to send, make, upload or connect anything.

5.2. Credits. Using MoroccanZ AI costs credits. Each plan includes a monthly amount of credits, shown on our website and in the app. Monthly credits reset each month, and unused ones do not carry over. You can also buy credit packs; pack credits do not expire and are used after your monthly credits. The cost of a request depends on the model and how much it does; the model picker shows a typical cost. If you stop a reply, you pay for the part already made. Credits have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Credit packs are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Unused credits end when your account is closed.

5.3. Third-party models. Your requests are sent to the company that runs the model, as explained in our Privacy Policy. That company’s terms and policies also apply. Some AI providers may use the data sent to them to train their models under their own policies, which we do not control. For example, the provider of Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor (Meta) may train on the prompts it receives. You can choose other models. We may add, change or remove models and features at any time.

5.4. Answers can be wrong. AI can make mistakes and sound sure when it is wrong. Check anything important. MoroccanZ AI does not give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

5.5. Your outputs. We do not claim ownership of what MoroccanZ AI makes for you. Similar outputs may be given to other people. You are responsible for how you use outputs, including not breaking anyone’s rights.

5.6. Connected apps. When you connect an app, you allow the assistant to use it for you within the permissions you give. It reads freely, but asks before acting (for example sending or posting) unless you choose Always allow. You are responsible for actions you approve.

5.7. Limits. Each plan has limits, for example on projects, notebook size, connected apps and research. We may change them.

5.8. Model rankings. MoroccanZ AI uses benchmark data from Artificial Analysis (artificialanalysis.ai) to rank models and to choose a model in Auto. We are not affiliated with Artificial Analysis and do not guarantee that data.

5.9. Sharing. When you share a chat or a reply, anyone with the link can see it until you stop sharing. Share only what you are happy for others to see, and only what you have the right to share.

6. Gifts, Giveaways, Sponsorships and Contributions

6.1. Gift codes. A gift from our Gifts page is a single-use code for Builder or Leader for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Gift codes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits or another plan. They must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. The person who redeems it adds a payment method at checkout, and the plan renews at the normal price when the gift ends unless they cancel. A 1, 3 or 6-month gift covers that many months on monthly billing; on yearly billing it covers only part of the price. Builder gifts are for ages 16 and over, and Leader gifts for 18 and over. Keep codes safe: anyone with the code can use it.

6.2. Giveaways. We sometimes give away free codes, such as the campus giveaway on our Gift page (one month of Builder for university students, while codes last). One code per person and per email inbox. We confirm your email first, and only university email addresses, such as those ending in .ac.ma, can be used. Codes must be redeemed within the time shown when you claim (180 days for the campus giveaway). A payment method is needed at checkout, and the plan renews at the normal price after the free months unless you cancel. We may end a giveaway at any time and cancel codes obtained by abuse, such as using several or false email addresses.

6.3. Student sponsorships. Our Student program offers sponsored Builder memberships to students of Moroccan nationality, aged 16 or over, enrolled in a Moroccan public school, who cannot afford a membership. Places are limited and decisions are ours. An approved sponsorship is a single-use code for 12 months of Builder, which must be redeemed within 90 days. The plan renews at the normal price after 12 months unless you cancel.

6.4. Contributions. MoroccanZ is a for-profit business. A contribution on our Contribute page is voluntary support for the company. It is not a donation or a gift to charity, it is not tax-deductible, and it does not buy a membership, access, credits or anything else. Monthly and yearly contributions renew automatically until you cancel; to cancel, write to contact@moroccanz.org or reply to your thank-you email. If you think you contributed by mistake, contact us and we will review it.

6.5. App waiting list. Joining the waiting list on our App page does not create an account and is not a promise that an app will launch on any date.

7. Creators and Partners

7.1. Courses and events. Leader members approved for our Creator program can submit paid courses and events. We review them before they are published and may refuse them. Courses must be accurate, well organised and follow these Terms. Creators receive 90% of what the buyer pays, less refunds, and MoroccanZ keeps 10%. Course and event sales join your creator balance with your commissions: they are held for 30 days and paid as described in 7.2, and refunded sales are taken back. Course and event purchases on the Community follow the refund terms shown when you buy.

7.2. Affiliate program. Approved creators can create one promo code in the creator dashboard; it cannot be changed later. A new member who uses it gets 20% off their first month of Builder or Leader (the code switches checkout to monthly billing). You earn 30% of what that member actually pays for their plan, every renewal, until their subscription is cancelled (a new subscription within 24 hours, such as a plan change, continues it). Each member can be referred once, by one creator, and you earn nothing on your own membership. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission is reversed, even if already paid; a negative balance is taken from later commissions. Commissions are held for 30 days. Once your available balance reaches 100 DH, we pay it by hand through Wise, bank transfer or CashPlus. After you change your payout details, we email you and wait 72 hours before paying to the new details.

7.3. Honest promotion. When you share your code, say clearly that you earn a commission (for example “#ad”), and follow the advertising rules of the platform you use and the law.

7.4. Your status and taxes. Creators are independent, not our employees or agents. You are responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for tax information or forms before paying you.

7.5. Changes. We may disable a code, hold back commissions earned through abuse or a breach of these Terms, or change or end the creator programs. Members who joined with a code we disable keep earning commission for its creator, unless the commission was earned through abuse or a breach.

7.6. Partner schools. Schools, universities and training centres we approve as education partners get the partner dashboard (dash.moroccanz.org), where their team signs in with a link we email. They can submit courses and events, free or paid, at the price they set. We review each one before it is published and may ask for changes or refuse it. MoroccanZ keeps 10% of each sale and the school keeps 90% of what the buyer pays, less refunds. A school can create one promo code that gives its students 15% off their first payment of Builder or Leader. A school can request its whole balance once per calendar month, from 1,000 DH; we send it within 5 days by Wise, bank transfer or CashPlus, and wait 72 hours before paying to new payout details. Schools are responsible for their content, for having the right to everything they upload, and for their own taxes, and Sections 7.3 to 7.5 apply to them as they do to creators.

7.7. Sponsors and other partnerships. Brand sponsorships and other partnerships are agreed with each partner in writing, case by case. Nothing is paid before we approve a partnership, and what we agree for it applies alongside these Terms.

8. Your Content

8.1. You own it. You keep ownership of what you post, upload or send (your “Content”).

8.2. Permission you give us. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, copy, adapt (for example to format it), display and share your Content as needed to run the Services, including showing what you post in the Community to other members and passing your requests to the providers who process them. This permission ends when you delete the Content or your account, except for copies other people have already shared, backups for a limited time, and anything we must keep by law.

8.3. Your responsibility. Only post Content you have the right to share. Your Content must not break anyone’s rights (such as copyright, privacy or reputation) or the law.

8.4. Moderation. We do not check all Content, but we may review, remove or block Content, or limit an account, if we believe it breaks these Terms or the law.

8.5. Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely without paying or crediting you.

9. Rules for Using MoroccanZ

9.1. Do not: break the law; harass, threaten, bully or harm anyone; post hate speech or discriminate against anyone, including on religion, the Amazigh people or culture, region or tribe; impersonate anyone or lie about your age or identity; collect other people’s personal information without permission; send spam or unwanted ads; upload viruses or harmful code; use bots, scrapers or other automated tools without our permission; get around security, limits, credit charges or safety checks; access another person’s account; sell or share your access; or help anyone do any of these.

9.2. MoroccanZ AI. Do not use it to create sexual content involving minors or any non-consensual sexual content; to create images, video or voices that pretend to be a real person without their consent or that are meant to deceive; to create malware or plan attacks; or in ways that break the AI providers’ usage policies. Requests are checked automatically for harmful content.

9.3. Respect for Morocco. MoroccanZ is a Moroccan community. Discussion of the monarchy must be respectful: constructive policy criticism is allowed, personal attacks on the Royal Family are not. Respect Morocco’s sovereignty over the whole Kingdom, including the Sahara regions. Respect Islam, Morocco’s official religion; hate speech against any religion is not allowed.

9.4. Child safety. We have zero tolerance for any sexual or suggestive content involving minors, and for grooming or predatory behaviour. It leads to an immediate permanent ban. When we find child sexual abuse material, we remove it, ban the account and report it to the authorities as the law requires (in the US, to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children). You can report concerns with the in-app report feature or at contact@moroccanz.org.

9.5. In-person events. At any in-person event, our rules apply, minors need a parent’s permission and may need to be accompanied, and safety rules may apply. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for injuries or losses at events we do not run ourselves or that are caused by others.

10. Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property. If you believe Content on MoroccanZ infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@moroccanz.org with: your contact details; what work is infringed; where the infringing Content is; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or may act for the owner. We follow the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and remove infringing Content. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Other Companies’ Services

11.1. Our providers. We use other companies to run MoroccanZ, including Circle, Memberstack, Stripe, Cloudflare, Google, OpenRouter and the AI companies behind its models, NVIDIA, ElevenLabs, Composio and Anthropic. The full list is in our Privacy Policy. Their own terms may also apply to you. We are not responsible for their services, as far as the law allows.

11.2. The Community and Circle. Our Community is hosted on Circle, a platform run by CircleCo, Inc. (“Circle”). Circle’s Terms of Service apply to everyone who uses the Community, alongside these Terms.

11.3. Connected apps and links. Apps you connect and websites we link to are run by others. Their terms apply, and we are not responsible for them.

11.4. App stores. If you use a MoroccanZ app from Apple’s App Store, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or for support, and has no warranty obligations beyond refunding the purchase price if the app fails to conform to a warranty. Apple is not responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Our Rights

MoroccanZ, its design, software, logos and content (other than your Content) belong to us or our licensors. While you follow these Terms, we give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable right to use the Services and any MoroccanZ app on a device you own or control. You may not copy, change, sell or reverse engineer our software, except where the law allows it. We keep all rights we do not expressly give you.

13. Changes to the Services and to These Terms

13.1. The Services. We are a growing service and may add, change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can, and you can cancel.

13.2. These Terms. We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. For important changes, we will tell you by email or in the product at least 30 days before they apply to existing users. If you keep using MoroccanZ after that, you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel and stop using MoroccanZ.

14. Suspension and Closing Your Account

14.1. You can close your account at any time by writing to contact@moroccanz.org.

14.2. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if we must for legal reasons, or to protect other people or the Services. Where appropriate, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. We may also close accounts or end a Service for other reasons with reasonable notice; in that case, Section 4.5 applies to any unused paid period.

14.3. After closing, you can no longer use your account, and your Content may be deleted (see our Privacy Policy). Save copies of anything you want to keep. If we close your account for breaking these Terms, do not create a new one. Sections 5.4, 8.2 (for the limited time stated), 8.5, 12 and 15 to 19 continue to apply.

15. Disclaimers

We work hard to make MoroccanZ useful and reliable, but we provide the Services “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we do not promise that the Services will always be available, secure or free of errors, or that content (including AI outputs and other members’ posts) is accurate, and we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

16. Limitation of Liability

As far as the law allows: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill; and (b) our total liability to you for all claims about the Services is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence. The same limits protect our officers, employees and agents.

17. Indemnity

As far as the law allows, you agree to cover our reasonable costs (including legal fees) if someone makes a claim against us because of your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your breaking the law or someone else’s rights. We will tell you about the claim and may take over its defence. This does not apply to the extent the claim is caused by us.

18. Disputes and Governing Law

18.1. Talk to us first. If you have a problem, write to contact@moroccanz.org. We will try to solve it within 30 days.

18.2. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live outside the US, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it.

18.3. Arbitration (US residents). If you live in the US and we cannot solve a dispute informally, it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its consumer rules and the US Federal Arbitration Act, not in court. You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class or representative action. Either of us may still use small claims court, or go to court to stop infringement of intellectual property. The arbitration takes place where you live, or by video or documents if the claim is US$10,000 or less. If you start arbitration, we will pay your filing fee unless your claim is over US$10,000, and JAMS rules decide other fees.

18.4. Opting out. You can opt out of arbitration by writing to Z Network LLC, Attn: Legal, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, or to contact@moroccanz.org, within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, with your name, your account email and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, or if this arbitration clause cannot be enforced, Section 18.5 applies.

18.5. Courts. Any dispute that is not arbitrated will be heard by the state and federal courts in New Mexico, USA, except where your local consumer law lets you bring it in your own courts.

19. General

Whole agreement. These Terms, our Privacy Policy and any extra terms shown for a feature are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.

If part is invalid. If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies, and that part is applied as far as possible.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, we can still enforce it later.

Transfer. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example if our business is sold or merged, and we will tell you.

Electronic messages. You agree that we can send you notices and agreements electronically, by email or in the product, and that they count as “in writing”.

Language. If we provide these Terms in other languages, the English version applies where they differ, as far as the law allows.

California residents. You can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1625 N. Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or +1-800-952-5210.
