Operated by Z Network LLC

Last updated: 16 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information MoroccanZ collects, why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights. MoroccanZ is a brand of Z Network LLC, a New Mexico (USA) company (“we” or “us”).

It covers our website (www.moroccanz.org), your MoroccanZ account, the MoroccanZ Community on Circle, MoroccanZ AI, the creator and partner dashboards, the payments, gifts, giveaways and sign-up lists on our website, and emails you send us. Please read it with our Terms of Service.

The short version

We collect what we need to run MoroccanZ and nothing more.

We do not sell your information, and we do not show ads.

We use trusted service providers (listed in Section 5) to host, process payments and run AI models.

In MoroccanZ AI, what you send goes to the company behind the AI model you choose. Some of these companies may use it to train their models under their own policies. You choose the model (Section 4).

You can see, correct, download or delete your information. Write to contact@moroccanz.org.

1. Who Is Responsible

Z Network LLC, doing business as MoroccanZ, is responsible for your personal information (the “controller”). For any privacy question or request, write to contact@moroccanz.org. Our postal address is at the end of this policy.

2. What We Collect

Your account. Your first and last name, email address and password. Your password is held by our account provider, Memberstack, never by us. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email with us. When you join, we also ask for your city, age range (not your date of birth), what describes you, your interests, passions and tools, and your preferred language. We also keep your plan and billing dates.

The Community. Your Community profile and what you post there, such as posts, comments, messages, course progress and event sign-ups. The Community is hosted by Circle.

MoroccanZ AI. Your chats; the files and pictures you add; your projects and notebook (files, links, notes and the text taken from them); your profile, skills and the facts saved by Memory (on by default, and you can switch it off); your voice recordings when you use the microphone; your Creative prompts and the pictures, audio and video you make; the apps you connect (their sign-in tokens are stored encrypted); web searches the assistant runs for you; the replies you like or dislike; the chats and replies you share by link; your credits and usage; and any feedback you send (when you report a reply, the report includes that reply and the model that wrote it). You can look around MoroccanZ AI without an account: nothing you do there is stored on our servers until you sign up.

Payments. Card details are entered on Stripe’s pages and stay with Stripe. We keep a record of what you bought or contributed, your name and email, and Stripe’s payment references. For gifts, we also keep the optional To, From and message, and the gift code. When you buy a course or event in the Community, Circle takes the payment through Stripe, and we receive its record (the amount, what was bought, your email and Stripe’s references) so we can pay the creator or school that sold it. We do not give your email to the seller.

Giveaways. Your university email address, a one-time code we send to confirm it (stored scrambled, valid for 10 minutes), and the gift code issued to you.

Forms and applications. What you enter in our contact form or in an application to the Student, Creator or Partner programs (for example your name, email, phone, city, school, audience, organization or the kind of partnership you want), plus the page you sent it from and your country.

Emails to us. What you write when you email us, your email address, any attachments, and our replies.

The mobile app waiting list. Your full name, email address and WhatsApp number (see Section 6).

Creators. The courses, events and files you submit for review, and the sales of your courses and events. For the affiliate program: your promo code, the members who joined with it (their member ID and email) and their payments, your commissions, and your payout details (full name and, depending on the method, bank name and RIB, Moroccan mobile number for CashPlus, or Wise email).

Partner schools. Your school’s name, contact email, team email domain and preferred language; the email address of each team member who signs in (we email them a one-time sign-in link and keep only a scrambled copy of it); the courses, events and files you submit, and your conversation with our team about them; and your promo code, sales, payout requests and payout details (as for creators).

Automatically. Your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit; your approximate location (country) based on your IP address; security logs; and short-lived counters that stop abuse. Framer, which hosts our website, gives us visit statistics. We never collect your precise GPS location.

3. Why We Use It and Our Legal Bases

We use your information only for these purposes. For each one, the legal basis is in brackets.

To provide MoroccanZ: your account, your plan, the Community, MoroccanZ AI, the creator and partner dashboards, gifts and giveaways (our contract with you).

To take payments and pay creators and partner schools (our contract with you, and our legal duty to keep financial records).

To send messages you need, such as receipts, codes, security notices, replies and updates on your submissions, sales and payouts (our contract with you).

To review applications and the courses and events that creators and partner schools submit (steps you ask us to take before a contract, or our legitimate interest in running our programs).

To answer your emails quickly, with help from AI (our legitimate interest; see Section 4).

To keep MoroccanZ safe: preventing fraud, abuse and harmful content, and enforcing our Terms (our legitimate interest, and legal duties).

To improve MoroccanZ using statistics and feedback (our legitimate interest).

Optional features such as Memory, connected apps, the waiting list and marketing emails (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

To follow the law and answer valid legal requests (legal duty).

4. MoroccanZ AI and Third-Party AI Models

Where your requests go. MoroccanZ does not make its own AI models. When you send a message or a Creative prompt, we send it, with what the model needs to answer (such as earlier messages, your files, your profile and matching notebook passages), to the company that runs the model you chose. We reach most models through OpenRouter, and some through Cloudflare or NVIDIA. If you use Auto, we choose the model, and the reply shows which one answered.

Their policies apply. Each of these companies handles your request under its own terms and privacy policy. Some AI providers may use the data sent to them to train or improve their models. That is the provider’s own policy, not ours, and we do not control it. For example, the provider of Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor (Meta) may use the prompts it receives to train its models.

You choose. MoroccanZ AI offers many models. If you do not want your prompts used this way, choose a different model instead of Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor, and check the provider’s policy for any model you use. Auto can choose any model on your plan.

We do not train AI models on your content.

Other AI tools we use. Voice: ElevenLabs turns your speech into text, including live as you speak, and reads replies aloud. Likes: when Memory is on and you like a reply, a small model adds a short note to your About you on the kind of answer you like, which you can edit or delete. Safety: prompts are checked for harmful content by a safety model on Cloudflare. Helper features (such as chat summaries, notebook search and turning files into text) use models on Cloudflare. Connected apps: some app connections are managed by Composio, and the assistant asks before it acts in an app unless you choose Always allow. Web: searches go to providers such as Brave Search, Parallel and DuckDuckGo, and pages may be read through Jina; only the search terms and page addresses are sent.

Shared links. When you share a chat or a single reply, anyone with the link can see it until you stop sharing it or delete the chat.

Emails to us. Emails you send us may be read by an AI model, running on Cloudflare or Claude by Anthropic, which drafts or sends a reply based on our help notes. Our team handles anything the AI cannot answer and can see every message.

A tip. Do not put passwords or very sensitive personal details in prompts or files.

5. Who We Share It With

We share personal information only with the providers that help us run MoroccanZ, and only what they need:

Memberstack: accounts, sign-in and plans. Stripe: payments, gift and promo codes. Circle: the Community. Cloudflare: hosting, databases, file storage, email, security and some AI models, including one that helps answer emails sent to us. Anthropic: helping answer emails sent to us. Framer: our website and its statistics. OpenRouter, NVIDIA and the AI companies behind the models you choose: AI answers. ElevenLabs: voice. Composio and the apps you connect: connected apps. Brave Search, Parallel and Jina: web search and reading. Google: sending our emails and holding our team’s mailbox (Google Workspace), and signing you in if you sign in with Google. WhatsApp (Meta): only if you join the app waiting list and we message you there. Wise, banks and CashPlus: creator and partner school payouts.

We may also share information: with other members, when you post in the Community or send a gift message; with anyone who has a link you shared; when the law requires it or to protect people’s safety, including reporting child sexual abuse material to the authorities; with a buyer if our business is sold or merged (we will tell you); and in other ways you ask us to.

6. The Mobile App Waiting List

On our App page you can give your full name, email address and WhatsApp number so we can tell you when the MoroccanZ mobile app launches. We use them only for that. We email you a confirmation, and we may send the launch announcement by email or WhatsApp. It does not create an account or add you to other lists.

Your entry is stored in our database and only our team can see it. We delete the list no later than 12 months after the app launches, or sooner if the app does not launch. To leave the list at any time, write to contact@moroccanz.org or reply to any message we send about the app, and we will delete your entry.

7. Children and Teenagers

MoroccanZ is not for children under 13. If we learn we have information about a child under 13, we delete it.

If you are under 18, you need a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use MoroccanZ. Ages 13 to 15 can use the free Explorer plan only. From 16, you can also choose Builder. Leader and the Creator program are for ages 18 and over. We rely on the age you give us; we do not check it.

A parent or guardian can write to contact@moroccanz.org to see, correct or delete their child’s information, or to close the account. We never show ads or use anyone’s information for advertising.

8. How Long We Keep It

Your account: while it is open.

Things you delete: in MoroccanZ AI you can delete chats, creations, projects, notebook items, skills and connected apps at any time. Deleting a chat also deletes the files attached to its messages.

Creator and partner uploads: files for a course or event that is not approved are deleted after 30 days without changes.

Shared links: until you stop sharing or delete the chat.

Short-lived data: confirmation codes last 10 minutes, partner sign-in links 20 minutes, password reset codes 1 hour, security counters minutes to hours, and your MoroccanZ AI sign-in up to 12 hours.

When you close your account: ask us at contact@moroccanz.org. We delete or anonymise your information, except what we must keep: payment, gift, commission and payout records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and safety records for as long as needed to protect others. Deleted data may stay in backups for a short time.

9. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, encrypted storage of app sign-in tokens, private file storage that only your account can open, and staff access limits. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires. Please use a strong password and tell us at contact@moroccanz.org if you think your account is at risk.

10. Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, to protect our sites from bots (Cloudflare), to process payments (Stripe), to remember your settings, and for basic visit statistics (Framer, Circle and Memberstack). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to sign in without the essential ones.

11. Where Your Information Is Processed

We are a US company. Our providers process information in the United States, the European Union and other countries. For example, Memberstack, Stripe and Circle are based in the US, and our databases are hosted by Cloudflare in Western Europe. AI providers may process requests in other countries. When your information leaves your country, we rely on our providers’ contractual data-protection commitments and security measures.

Although we are not based in the EU, we apply the standards of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to everyone.

12. Your Rights

You can ask us to: give you a copy of your information; correct it; delete it; send it to you in a portable format; limit or stop certain uses of it; and stop marketing. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You can also do much of this yourself in MoroccanZ AI and on your account page.

In Morocco, Law No. 09-08 gives you the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct it and to object to its use, including for direct marketing. You can complain to the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).

In the EU and elsewhere, you may have similar rights under your local law and can complain to your local data-protection authority.

To use your rights, write to contact@moroccanz.org. We may need to confirm who you are, and we will answer within the time the law requires.

13. Emails and Messages

We send messages that are part of the service, such as receipts, codes, security notices and replies. We send marketing only if you agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell you about important changes by email or in the product.
