What they gave us

Access to that premium infrastructure, so our heavier workloads run on enterprise-grade compute rather than on hardware we would have had to buy, rent at retail, or simply do without.

What it changed for our members

Media processing, model inference and analytics run on capacity built for far larger companies than ours. Traffic spikes stop being a threat to uptime. We get headroom to scale before we can afford to pay for headroom, and members feel that as a platform that stays up and stays quick.

What Azure gets back

A platform architected on Azure from the first line of infrastructure code, with the long-term commitment that implies. Early support buys a relationship that’s far harder to win once a company has already chosen somewhere else.

Why both sides win

We build on infrastructure that will not need replacing as we grow. They gain a growing platform in an emerging market that is invested in staying. Support offered early is worth more to both sides than support offered once it is no longer needed.
